Savva Zverev has successfully established himself as one of his generation’s most promising violinists. His recent engagements include solo appearances with The Hallé, Northern Ballet Sinfonia and Sinfonietta Sofia, among other orchestras.

As a chamber musician Savva has collaborated with members of the Elias String Quartet, Quator Danel, Aronowitz ensemble and Chilingirian String Quartet.

Born in St Petersburg, Russia, Savva is a recent graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music where he studied with Yuri Torchinsky, Leader of the BBC Philharmonic, on full scholarship.

In July 2020 Savva started his online project #PaganiniMonday, a 24 weeks long fundraising marathon in support of 24 UK-based arts organisations affected by Covid-19.
