A concerto soloist, chamber musician and concertmaster, Savva holds the position of First Concertmaster of Philharmonisches Orchester Gießen in Germany. His solo engagements include concerto appearances with UK orchestras (The Hallé, Northern Ballet Sinfonia) and performances of all 24 Paganini Caprices. He has held positions with the Royal Philharmonic and Bournemouth Symphony Orchestras, and has also played as Guest Leader (Concertmaster) with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Orchestra of Opera North and Royal Ballet Sinfonia.

Following his studies in Manchester, Savva worked as an Uber Eats courier and a full-time employee at bet365 in Stoke-on-Trent during the 2020/21 restrictions.

In 2020, Savva received the Best Male Actor award from the Greater Manchester Drama Federation for the role of Andrea in a production of Ladies in Lavender by Northenden Theatre Players.
