A concerto soloist, chamber musician and orchestra leader, Savva holds the position of First Concertmaster of Philharmonisches Orchester Gießen in Germany. His solo engagements include concerto appearances with UK orchestras (The Hallé, Northern Ballet Sinfonia) and performances of all 24 Paganini Caprices. He has held positions with the Royal Philharmonic and Bournemouth Symphony Orchestras, and has also played as Guest Leader (Concertmaster) with the London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Orchestra of Opera North and Royal Ballet Sinfonia.

Outside the concert hall, Savva's path has taken a few unexpected turns. During the 2020/21 restrictions, he worked as an Uber Eats courier and a full-time employee at bet365 in Stoke-on-Trent.

His creative interests also extend to acting: in 2020, he received the Best Male Actor award from the Greater Manchester Drama Federation for his role as Andrea in Northenden Theatre Players' production of Ladies in Lavender.
